A tucked-away retreat on the east coast of El Nido, within an hour drive from Bacuit Bay, Qi Palawan is a beach front property that boasts of an outdoor swimming pool, an open-air restaurant, and seasonal water sports activities.

Each rustic cottage comes with a thatched roof and wood furnishings. They have on-demand movies, a safe and desk. Private bathroom includes a hot and cold shower and free toiletries.

Mediterranean cuisine and healthy vegetarian options are served at Qi Restaurant. Free WiFi is also available at the restaurant.

Guests have access to a private beach area. Complimentary recreational activities and facilites include billiards, stand up paddle boards, and daily yoga classes. Massage sessions can be arranged at an extra cost.

Sibaltan Museum is a 10-minute drive from the property while El Nido town property is an hour drive away. The nearest airport is El Nido Airport, 50-minute drive from Qi Palawan.

Hi. Yes we are based on the East Side of El Nido and are about 45 minutes from El Nido airport by road. Yes we provide island hopping tours from our resort. We provide transfers to several places in Palawan (all transfers by road)

When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?

November to April during dry season

Hi, was wondering if your internet/wifi is strong enough for remote work? Also, how’s the globe internet coverage?

Usually our internet speed is very good for Palawan (Between 10 and 50 Mbts). We are unfortunately dependent on Smart signal witch is not always reliable. We do not have globe signal here.

Hi! The only airline that flies to El Nido is called Air Swift. El Nido airport is open. Please check with them directly to book your flight.

What is the difference between "ocean view cottage" and "standard cottage ocean view"?

There is no difference, we have now removed the standard from the room description

Nice but value for money not good
Very nice staff Quiet location Clean
Need to know that: -The beach nearby is not the best, do not have high expectations ; - Breakfast is very slow to prepare, if you have a flight you need to be aware that egg +toast took more than 40 min; -It is very isolated, transport by car to El Nido is very expensive- no other option for eating that the restaurant of the hotel and no other option for transport than the one the hotel - All the rooms face the ocean- I paid extra money for nothing - it is nice but it does not worth the price

In this hotel we had an amazing time, we are very happy that we chose Qi!
Everything was perfect, small - 6 bungalow house hotel, was amazing. The staff was super friendly, polite and very helpful, always ready to help. Very clean and nice. The beach ir stunning! Biggest THAK YOU for unforgettable moments ️

Overrated, really low value for money
Friendly staff
If you want to know the real reviews about this place and how it really is now, you need to check the latest ones (from 2022 onwards). Apparently it has been a change in the ownership of the property and also in the management team (the French couple is not running the place anymore) and it’s not the hotel it used to be before. Breakfast options were very limited, they run out of food very often (no pasta, no meat, no fish…. nothing!!!), it is very frustrating specially because it’s located in a very isolated place so you have no choice to go anywhere for lunch or dinner. It took more than one hour to prepare a lunch, dinner or breakfast for 4 people. unbelievable! The beach is not nice at all, don’t expect the typical Philippine beach with white sand and turquoise water. The beach is full of seaweeds, big waves, full of plastic bottles and the ocean not clean. WiFi is not working most of the time. very low value for money, I won’t recommend it

Remote resort specialized in kite surfing and diving.
The resort is located about an hour drive from El Nido with little around but what it has to offer on site. Situated at a shallow bay on a part of the island with a frequent high velocity on shore wind, it was established as a kite surfing destination. Since then, owners have changed and the resort currently doubles a a dive resort. If you re not into either of these two disciplines you may seek it out for its remoteness or friendly staff. It should be noted that the beach is not great for swimming as it is very shallow, at low tide you can walk out more than 150 meters and there s no on site snorkeling. Excursions to beaches and islands are arranged via the resort and always incl about 45min - 1hr drive each way. Bungalows are clean and simple with nice shower facilities. We never had an power issues or no hot water. Beds come with mosquito netting so comfortable nights should be available also in the wet season. Foods not bad and better than the other places we tried but Philippines is unlikely to be anyone s foodie destination. As anywhere on Palawan, the beach and resort area is ripe with sandflies, courtesy not least by the many more or less domesticated dogs. Be careful to apply plenty of repellent, courtesy of the resort. The sand fly bites can seriously affect your stay in the itchiest way possible. Overall , we recommend the resort and its friendly staff but visitors should be mindful of where it is and what it is specialized in. We could wish for healthier options for breakfast (just bran cereals or similar) and a better coffee. A board for sharing guest plans in the reception area would also be helpful in coordination between guests for rides and activities.
